It is regularly updated and we are listening to your feedback. Spellcaster University is an early access game. The other consideration with rooms is travel efficiency. I really would like some in-game read when you double click on a room to see what's what or some such.
What the efficiency boost is only the Devs currently know. The other option is to drag a room card you already have a room of onto that room and it'll increase the rooms efficiency with each additional card dragged onto it. That said, never put 2 small rooms next to each other least you trigger the "stuck in a door bug". That said, if you want to play Endless you do you.Ģ) You can stack rooms atop of each other or side-by-side however you see fit. Generalise and you'll likely never get such boons and find the game harder for a Campaign. A few Necromancers and the Crypt will be much better for students. But I say specialise more as a rolling advantage as you go from one school to another. I have a guide to help you with the Futures and rooms needed thereof so you can choose what style of school you want. There each should have dormitories or private rooms as well as refectories for staff and students.ġ) If you're in the Campaign then I dare say specialise. In Areas like the Clouds map, your school consists of several alone standing towers. Last but not least in some areas the students can't easily leave your school, if you don't want them to just wander around aimlessly when their sanity drops to zero or their boredom is up to maximum, then you may want to set up a couple of private rooms or student rooms. Then there are some quests that require you to have more than one room of a kind. You may also decide to have more than one stable for housing more magical creatures.
Or you can -like in case of the library - set up a few rooms in parallel, because the library or the jail have only space for two students at a time.
SPELLCASTER UNIVERSITY MAC UPGRADE
Well you can stack the rooms (I think each classroom upgrade makes the students in a room learn 1% faster). And I shuffle the students around a lot between classes until graduation. I try to set up 5 different classes - 3 with specialisations which have 1-2 priority classes but also learn everything else, as well as a basic starter class and a graduation class where all magics are taught equally but have traits as 'Generalist' (for starters) and 'Ambitious', 'Passionate' or 'Hard worker' (for graduates).
While specialisation is faster and may even be your only option at the beginning until you have a decent set of different color classrooms. 1) Depends - Generalisation sure is slower but gives you a broader spectrum of future's for your graduates.
